Cancellation and refunds

If you inform us by June 30, 2024 that you have to cancel your participation, we will be able to grant you a refund of 80% of the course fees and the fees for the social programme. Please note: Housing cancellation is separate and entirely independent of the Summer School organization.

If you cancel no later than July 15, we will refund 50% of the fees. For later cancellation, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund.

If you made your payment using wire transfer, we will request certain details to reimburse the fee. If you made your payment using a credit card, your payment will be refunded into the same account.

Visa cancellation

The above cancellation and refund policies remain the same if you have to cancel because you were unable to obtain the correct visa. It is your own responsibility to arrange the visa and, as this can take a long time, we strongly recommend that you start these arrangements as early as possible.

Grace period

You are allowed to cancel your participation with a full refund up until 14 days after your payment has been registered by the ISLE Summer School. This cancellation period is no longer applicable if your payment is processed later than June 30, 2024.
